OpenPixel Academy maintains a strict no-refund policy.

Once a student has:

  • Enrolled in any course, and/or
  • Made a payment (full or partial)

no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after enrollment
  • Inability to attend classes
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Dissatisfaction with course content or delivery
  • Personal, medical, or financial reasons

By enrolling in our programs, students acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

2. Course Enrollment & Commitment

Enrollment in any OpenPixel Academy course represents a commitment by the student to:

  • Participate actively in the training program
  • Complete the course as per the defined schedule
  • Utilize the resources, mentorship, and support provided

We advise students to carefully evaluate course details, syllabus, duration, and requirements before making any payment.

3. Batch Transfers / Adjustments

At the sole discretion of OpenPixel Academy, and under exceptional circumstances, we may allow:

  • One-time batch transfer to a future session (subject to availability)

However:

  • This is not guaranteed
  • Requests must be made in advance
  • Approval is at the exclusive discretion of the academy

4. Payment Terms

  • All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Partial payments, if allowed, must be completed as per the agreed schedule
  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of access without refund

5. Course Modifications

OpenPixel Academy reserves the right to:

  • Modify course structure, content, or schedule
  • Reschedule sessions if necessary
  • Assign different trainers or mentors

Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
